Warlock Holmes

Warlock Holmes is the world famous consulting magician, who lives at 112b Candlestickmaker Street. Together with his apprentice and sidekick, The Amazing Dr Wizard™, they battle evil and solve supernatural crimes. Warlock Holmes has fought demons, hideous beasts and the incarnation of ultimate evil, the Devil!

The world of Warlock Holmes is different to our own, it is a world where Sir Isaac Newton made his greatest discoveries in the field of magic, not science. Magic is the new guiding principle of the 19th century and science has been all but discredited. Arthur Conan Doyle is a well respected figure, known for his groundbreaking researches in aether studies and contact with the fairie folk as well as his fanciful parody of Warlock Holmes, which features a detective who uses science to solve crimes. And of course, The New Alchemist is Great Britain's most renowned magazine of research and knowledge.

Now Available: The Casebook of Warlock Holmes

The Casebook of Warlock Holmes is over 100 pages of cases and features on Warlock Holmes featuring such classics as The Case of the Loch Ness Minister and Incident at the Homunculus Club. Guarenteed to raise a chuckle in even the most ghastliest of souls.

The History of Warlock Holmes

The strip started in the photocomic issue of Solar Wind, issue 7, and continued in issue 8. The Chrismas Case was added for the the first 28-page collection (also coincidentally called The Casebook of Warlock Holmes), before the comic began again in Omnivistascope (issues 5 onwards). Finally, the casebook was released in 2010 collecting all the material printed so far with two bonus Dream Adventures of the Amazing Dr Wizard™.
